When you introduce Bynder to your company and decide on an implementation scenario, you can use several roles to make Bynder succeed. See below for a definition of user types and learn more about assigning Permission Profiles to your users.
Portal owners are responsible for keeping Bynder up to date and ensuring that the system remains relevant and is used effectively by the organization. They maintain regular contact with Bynder to encourage more people to use it. The portal owners also ensure that feedback about the system reaches the right person. Each organization should have at least 1-2 portal owners.
