You can upload supporting files that contain extra information as an Additional File to an existing asset. Additional files can be uploaded to an existing asset as a way to give more detailed or supporting (background) information about the asset. For example a waiver for the people who have participated in your video asset, a contract from an agency, a spreadsheet with detailed figures about your presentation, or a release form of a photographer.
Note
The maximum allowed file size for an additional file is 4GB.
Users with the following permissions can upload additional files:

Navigate to the asset detail view of the asset that you would like to add an additional file to.

Click the Versions tab in the right side panel.

Navigate to the Additional files section and select
Click to add a file.

Select the file from your device that you want to upload as an additional file.
Note
The maximum allowed file size of an additional file is 4GB.

The additional file will now be available in the Asset Detail View.

Navigate to the asset detail view of the asset with the additional file you want to download.

In the Info tab, navigate to the Additional files section.

Click the additional file to start the download.

(Optional) Alternatively, select the asset(s) from the Asset Bank and click the download icon. In the Download Preselect screen, check the box next to Include all additional files in the download package.

If you would like this option to be selected by default for all users, contact your Customer Success Manager.

Open the asset with the additional file you want to delete.

Click the Versions tab in the right side panel and navigate to the Additional files section.

Click the
button next to the additional file you want to delete.

This action cannot be undone.
If you would like to update the original file of an asset without having to tag the asset from scratch, you might want to instead upload your updated file as a new version.
If you would like to add a new download option for users with specific customizations such as crop or format, you might want to instead upload your modified file as a manual derivative.
To relate assets that have each been uploaded to the Asset Bank that have something in common, you might want to instead use the related assets functionality.
