How to Hide a Guide or Landing Page from Users
- Navigate to a Guide.
- Hover over the guide you want to hide, click the
icon, and click Share.
- Open the dropdown at the top of the access screen and select Restricted.
- This setting ensures that only specific users and groups have access.
- Remove User Access (if needed). In the access settings, find the dropdown next to the user, user group, or permission profile that should no longer have access.
- Click Save Changes.
- After these steps, only the Guide’s Owner and Manager-authorized users can access it. Users, groups, or permission profiles removed from access settings will no longer have visibility of the Guide.
