If you have static products in your Brand Store or you have a finished POD template, you can reorder these products without having to create a new order from scratch. You just edit the quantity of the products and place your new order.
Reordering only works for products of the Default, Upload, Download, or Print type.
Contact your Customer Success Manager if you would like to have this feature enabled for your portal.
Make sure the product you want to reorder is still available and active in Brand store. If you are reordering multiple products in one order, all of them need to be available.
Make sure your initial order has been completed. If it has not, the Reorder button does not display.
Open Brand store.
Go to the details of the order you want to repeat.
Clicking Reorder in the order detail screen will re-order a particular product. To repeat the complete order, click the Reorder button on the store/orders/list page.
Adjust the quantity in the shopping cart.
Place your order.
