A video is made up of a number of assets; images, videos and text. You can select assets that are stored in the Asset Bank directly in Studio. Alternatively, you can store and manage assets in the asset section in Studio. Before we can use images and videos, first we need to add them to the platform. Find out below how you can upload and manage your assets in Studio .

I clicked export but I just got a CSV file, where are my assets?
Currently we only support downloading assets individually. The export functionality is for reporting purposes.
Do you support 4k video?
Yes, however you may notice rendering and previewing takes longer when working with 4k video files. We recommend using 1080p video files.
What file formats do you support?
Studio is optimised for the following file formats:
Image: JPG, PNG, BMP, TIFF
Video: MOV, MP4
Audio: MP3, WAV
Why does my video file not upload?
Make sure the file format of your video is supported by Studio and that the video is no longer than 10 minutes.
Can I change the name of my asset?
To rename an asset, open the asset overview in list view and select the asset you'd like to rename. Now select next to the asset name in the preview panel on the right, and update the asset name.
Note
Each asset has a unique ID which cannot be changed. This does not affect renaming assets.
How do I close the upload assets box?
In the top right of the upload box, there's a small square which you can click to navigate back to the main assets page.
