How many ads can a dynamic creative ad set have?
Only one, and the Studio platform will create it automatically. Make sure you skip the option to create an ad while creating campaigns and ad sets.
Can I publish an ad set before I select dynamic creative?
No, dynamic creative needs to be enabled before you publish your ad set.
How is targeting and bidding managed?
Facebook will automatically manage targeting and billing. The algorithm will optimise your videos according to your campaign objective.
How do I connect my ad account?
In the connections page, first connect your Facebook account. You can then choose the page you would like to run your ads from.
Why can't I see my ad set or campaign?
To see your ad set and campaign, first select your ad account from the Facebook Ad Accounts tab. Only campaigns and ad sets setup for dynamic creative are shown.
Can I edit anything in my placement while it's being published?
Placements can't be edited while they are being uploaded, however once they're published you can edit the creative configurations. Note that ad sets cannot be edited.
How long does it take to publish my placements?
It can take up to 15 minutes to publish a placement, however in most cases it's much less.
How long does it take to optimise my campaign?
Facebook recommends you run your campaigns for at least a week in order for the algorithm to optimise your campaign fully.
