Bynder Analytics provides insight into your Portal's storage, asset usage, user activity, shares, and downloads. Three different types of analytics packages are offered: Light, which is available to all portals, and Standard and Advanced, which come with additional dashboards and filters. Learn how to view and download reports here

Supported Browsers

Bynder Analytics runs in the following HTML5-supported browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Firefox

Please note the following browsers have limitations:

These browsers block third-party cookies by default. Select your browser below to follow the instructions to allow third-party cookies. If you are receiving a 401 error message, you may need to allow cookies in your supported browser as well.

Chrome

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Open Privacy settings by going to chrome://settings/cookies in your address bar
  3. Check if Block third-party cookies is enabled and change the setting to Allow third-party cookies
  4. Restart your browser to start using Bynder Analytics.

Safari

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Safari > Preferences in the top bar.
  3. Open the Privacy tab and ensure the Prevent cross-site tracking and Block all cookies options are disabled.
  4. Restart your browser to start using Bynder Analytics.

Edge

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Click Screenshot 2024-03-05 at 9.37.43 AM.png More, located in the top right corner of the browser > Settings.
  3. Go to Cookies and site permissions, then Manage and delete cookies and site data.
  4. Turn off Block third-party cookies

Internet Explorer

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Click the Settings Icon in the top right corner of the screen and click Internet options.
  3. Open the Privacy tab, and in the Settings section, click Advanced.
  4. In the Third-party Cookies section, select Accept.
  5. Click OK
  6. Click Apply to apply the changes, and click OK to close the screen.
  7. Restart your browser to start using Bynder Analytics.
