By setting up your brand colors you can make sure your Brand Guidelines are consistent and aligned with your branding. Content creators can then use these colors from the brand color scheme to customize fonts and backgrounds for their Brand Guidelines content.

Go to the Brand Guidelines overview page of your portal. Click the
button and click Theme sets.

Click the theme set for which you want to set up colors.
Note
You can't set up colors for the Brand Guidelines 2.0: Bynder theme set as this theme isn't editable and only serves as a reference point

Click Colors in the left sidebar.

Click the + Add color button.

Enter a name for your brand color in the Color name field.

Enter the hex code of the color you want to add in the Enter hex code field.

If the preview of the new color matches with your desired color click Save to add the brand color.

Go to the Brand Guidelines overview page of your portal. Click the
button and click Theme sets.

Click the theme set for which you want to set up colors.

Click the hex code of the color you want to modify and change the code.

(Optional) Modify the color name if necessary.

If the preview of the modified color matches with your desired color click Save to change the brand color.
When you write content in Brand Guidelines you can use the available brand colors to color your text.

Open the page in Brand Guidelines and go to the text widget where you want to apply a font color to your text.

Select the text and click the
icon in the WYSIWYG editor.

Choose one of the available brand colors to set the font color for your selected text.

(Optional) Repeat the previous step as often as necessary to apply different font colors to other parts of your text.
Note
You can only use the available brand colors to set the font color for text inside a text widget. Titles cannot have a different font color.
