Use tables in Brand Guidelines to structure your content. Find out below how you can add and manage tables in Brand Guidelines. The table widget is available for the Basic as well as the Advanced plan of Brand Guidelines.

Go to the Brand Guidelines page where you want to add the table.

If applicable, click the Edit Guide button.

Click the + icon to add a section. By default, the section makes use of one column. To better divide your content, you can also make use of different column layouts . Hover over the section, open the 1 column dropdown and click one of the alternative layouts.

Click the + icon to add a widget and click the icon. A table with 3 columns and 3 rows will be added.

(Optional) To add extra columns, hover over one of the available dots above the top row and click the to add a new column at that position.

(Optional) To add extra rows, hover over one of the available dots on the left side of the table and click the to add a new row at that position.
You can now start adding content to your table.

Go to the Brand Guidelines page where you want to modify the existing table.

If applicable, click the Edit Guide button.

(Optional) To add extra columns, hover over one of the available dots above the top row and click the to add a new column at that position.

(Optional) To add extra rows, hover over one of the available dots on the left side of the table and click the to add a new row at that position.

(Optional) To remove a column, click the marked area right above the top row of the column you want to remove and click the icon to remove that column.

(Optional) To remove a row, click the marked area on the outer left side of the row you want to remove and click the icon to remove that row.

Click one of the cells to modify your content.

Go to the Brand Guidelines page where you want to delete an existing table.

If applicable, click the Edit Guide button.

Hover over the table and click the icon to remove the table.

Read the warning message carefully and click Delete to permanently remove the column.
Note
This action cannot be undone.
