Sort and Search for Content in CX for User Community

Use the filters and search bar in CX for User Community to find content within your Guides, Landing Pages, and Groups (if applicable).

How to Sort and Search in Guides

You can search across Guide, Widgets, Pages, or Groups.

  1. Navigate to the CX for User Community overview page.
  2. Select from Groups (if applicable), Guides, or Landing Pages.
  3. Enter the search term into the search bar.
  4. A results page will appear with the related to your search terms will appear. 
    • The most relevant search results are listed at the top of the page.
    • Your search term is displayed in bold text so you can quickly determine if that result is from a guide you want to visit. Clicking on the search result will redirect you to the page where that term lives.

Search Tips

You can narrow the search by using the following filters:

  • Type of content: Click All results to narrow your search to Groups, Guides, Pages, or Widgets.
  • Chapters are currently not included in the search results.
  • Date when content was last edited: Click Any time to narrow your search to a specific timeframe.

  • Your last five recent searches are saved in the search box dropdown.
