The Advanced filter allows you to filter assets on type (for example: image or document), orientation (landscape, portrait, square), resolution, or duration. You can use this filter to search for assets uploaded by a specific user or at a specific date(range).
How to enable this feature in your portal?

Advanced Rights
- Public: Select if you want to see assets that are marked as public.
- Archived: Select if you want to see if assets are archived.
- Not Archived: Select if you want to see if assets are not archived.
- Limited usage: Select if you want to see if assets are limited usage.
- Not Limited usage: Select if you want to see if assets are not limited usage.
- Watermarked: Select if you want to see if assets are watermarked.
- Not Watermarked: Select if you want to find assets that do not have a watermark.
- Downloadable: Select if you want to see if assets are downloadable.
- Not Downloadable: Select if you want to see if assets are not downloadable.
- Active: Select if you want to see all assets that are not archived or limited usage or watermarked.
- Not Active: Select if you want to see all assets that are archived or limited usage or watermarked
Orientation
- Square
- Portrait
- Landscape
Duration
- All: All videos will be shown.
- Short (<5min): Only videos shorter than 5 minutes will be shown.
- Medium (5-20min) Only videos with a duration between 5 and 20 minutes.
- Long (>20min): Only videos longer than 20 minutes will be shown.
Resolution
- Large: over 800 px wide
- Medium: 200-799 px wide
- Small: 1-199 px wide
- Custom: Filter by asset dimensions that fall within a specified range. In the From field, enter the minimum resolution you want to search for, and in the To field, enter the maximum resolution. When the dimensions of one of the sides of the image fall within this range, the asset will be returned as a search result.
Date Added
Use the Date Added field to search for results that have been uploaded within a specific timeframe.
- Last week: This will show assets uploaded within the past seven days, including today's date.
- Today: This will show assets uploaded on today's date

Custom: This allows you to specify a start date and end date and will show all assets uploaded between those dates, including the specified days. Click on
to select a date range.
Added By
Use the Added by field to search for assets uploaded by a specific user. You can search for active and inactive users. However, it is not possible to filter deleted users.
File Extension
The following file formats are displayed in the results when applying selected type filters:
- Image: jpg, jpeg, gif,bmp,tif, tiff, ai, eps, psd,cr2,crw, nef,nrw, raw,dng,rw2,kdc,dcr,arw,sr2,mrw, orf,3fr,gng
- Video:mov,avi,flv,mp4,wmv,mpg,mpeg,vob,mkv,mxf,m4v,f4v,3gpp,3gp,ogv,ts,mts,m2ts,3g2,3gp,m2v,webm
- Audio: wav,mp3,ocm,wma,m4a,ogg,aiff,aif,m4r: audio
- Document: all the file types that are not mentioned above (for example, ZIP or INDD files) fall into this category,
- 3D: 3ds,3mf,blen,dae,drc,dxf,fbx,gltf,glb,lwo,obj,off,ply,rvm,skp,stl,u3d,xsi
Files for Approval (Asset Workflow)
You can use the Sent for Review filter if you use workflow and are an approver for files exported from workflow jobs. In this way, you can get a quick overview of files that are awaiting your attention in the Workflow approval tab of the Waiting room. You can approve these files in the Waiting room.
Tracked Assets
Use the Distributed Assets field to display the assets used on different channels and tracked by the Asset Tracker.
