Our Notification Center keeps you in the loop about portal activity, informs you when your downloads are ready, and notifies you when tasks require your attention.
The information below applies to the latest version of our Notification Center. Contact your Customer Success Manager if your version of the notification center looks different to discuss updating your portal to the latest version.
Click in the top bar of your portal to open the Notification Center.
Click a notification to view the request or download the available assets.
Once you have audited a request, downloaded your files, or when you no longer need notifications, you can remove them from the list.
Click the in the top bar of your portal to open the Notification Center.
Hover over a notification and click the icon to remove the notification from the list.
Please Note: Audit Asset notifications are not automatically removed if an auditor has approved/disapproved an asset. You will still need to clear the notification manually.
Types of Notifications
Bynder supports three types of notifications. Users can receive in-app notifications or email notifications. Additionally, SNS notifications can be set up to send notifications to external systems. If you want to enable any or all of these notifications, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Users who downloaded an asset before can receive an in-app notification when a new version is uploaded to that asset. This applies to the original asset as well as one of the derivatives.
Users who downloaded an asset before can receive an in-app notification when that asset has been archived.
SNS notifications can be sent to an external system when a new asset has been uploaded, metadata has been updated, or an asset has been removed.
I want to remove all notifications for a specific module at once.
Click in the top right corner of the Notification Center to remove all notifications. Alternatively, you can click next to the module name for which you want to remove all notifications.
