Link tabs are small buttons available at the left bottom corner of the portal, which allow you to easily redirect the users to a different page. Find out below how you can set up link tabs.
What are link tabs?
Link tabs are small tab buttons available at the left bottom corner of the portal, which redirect to a different portal page or external website. They are available to all users and will be visible in all user sections of the portal. Hover over the image below to see an example.

Note
Link tabs can only have one label and cannot be translated to other languages.
How to add link tabs?

Go to Settings > Advanced settings > Portal settings and click link-tabs in the left sidebar.

Click
to add a new link tab. -
Enter a label for the tab, which will be displayed on the button.

Enter the URL you want to redirect the users to.

In the target dropdown select whether you want the page to open as a new tab or in the same tab.

Click Submit to create the link tab. If successful, the message 'Settings saved' will be shown at the left bottom corner of the page.
Tip
Use generic easy to understand labels when targeting an international audience, since the labels cannot be translated.
How to delete link tabs?

Go to Settings > Advanced settings > Portal settings and click link-tabs in the left sidebar.

Click the trash icon
of the link tab you want to delete.Note
Make sure to click the trash icon next to the label field of the to be deleted link tab, so that you won't accidentally remove another link tab.

Click Submit to save the changes. If successful, the message 'Settings saved' will be shown at the left bottom corner of the page.
