Bynder supports Apple's ProRes video format. You can upload and download these files, but by default, no video preview or derivatives are available. To enable a preview of your ProRes videos, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Important
If you enable preview for ProRes videos, derivatives will not be available for .MOV files, including MOV files without ProRes codec. If you want video derivatives for .MOV files, we do not suggest enabling the preview for ProRes videos. Derivates will never be created for ProRes videos.
