Simplify locating assets based on their color model (RGB, CMYK, etc.). Once you set up a metaproperty, the system will automatically extract the color model information from the metadata of uploaded assets and populate it in the new metaproperty. This data will also appear in the Asset Detail View, allowing you to easily filter assets by their color model.

How to Create a Color Model Filter for Assets
- Follow the steps to Create a new metaproperty.
- We recommend you select the single select metaproperty type if you want to be able to filter for colors in Smart Filters. Otherwise, you can select text metaproperty type, which will not allow you to filter on values in Smart Filter.
- Navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings > Portal settings.
- Click Embedded metadata configuration in the left sidebar and ensure you’re in the On asset upload tab.
- Click Add Custom Field.
- Paste ColorSpaceData,ColorMode,ColorType in the Custom metadata fields box.
- Select the Metaproperties dropdown to map the single select metaproperty to which the metadata should be mapped
- Click Save Changes.
