When a user responsible for a job receives an email notification that another user commented or performed an action relating to the job, now, the user can answer to the system-generated message and the reply is automatically added as a comment to that job. You can also reply to a group.
When everything has been set up, you can create a job based on the preset, and you receive a notification, the notification subject is followed by an activity ID. When you answer to the notification it is automatically added as a comment to the job.
