What is Bynder Analytics?
Bynder Analytics is a data visualization tool for measuring the performance and usage of your DAM and other modules. We have a basic dashboard which is available free of charge, as well as a Standard and Advanced dashboard for an additional monthly cost.
What should I do if I don't see the data I need?
If you'd like access to additional metrics, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Which permission profile has access to Bynder Analytics?
Bynder Analytics can be added to a Heavy User profile. Please make sure you have checked the View advanced reporting setting in your permission profile.

We’ve arranged that Sisense won’t have access to any personal data, and they will operate in line with our data processing agreement. You remain the owner and controller of all your data.

Open Internet Explorer
Click the in the top right corner of the screen and click Internet options.
Open the Privacy tab and in the Settings section click Advanced.
In the Third-party Cookies section select Accept.
Click Apply to apply the changes and click OK to close the screen.
Restart your browser to start using Bynder Analytics.
Can I choose which dashboards display?
If you’re using Advanced Analytics, Bynder can update the dashboards that display to your users. This allows you to display only the relevant and important data to your users. If you’re interested in updating the dashboards, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
