Add Audio to Brand Guidelines

You can improve your Brand Guidelines by adding an audio sample, podcast, or music file. Utilize the audio widget to feature your audio content on a Brand Guidelines page.

How to enable this feature in your portal?

Contact your Customer Success Contact to enable this feature in your portal. 

Who can modify the audio widget?

Users with one of the following rights can modify their previously added audio.

  • Manager

How to Add Audio

  1. Before adding your audio asset make sure it is marked as public.

    Note

    Audio assets that are not public cannot be added to the audio widget in Brand Guidelines.

  2. Go to the Brand Guidelines page where you want to add the audio.

  3. If applicable, click the Edit Guide button.

  4. Click the + icon to add a section.

  5. Click the + icon to add a widget and click the audio_widget.png button.

  6. Use the Compact View to search or a filter for the audio asset you want to add and click Add Media to add the audio file.

  7. The audio file can now be played by end users.

Edit or Remove Audio 

You can only modify your own previously added audio content; you cannot modify the audio content of other users.

  1. Go to the Brand Guidelines page where you want to change the audio.
  2. Click the audio widget on which you want to modify the audio used.
  3. Use the Compact View to search or filter for the audio asset you want to add and click Add Media to add the audio file.
  4. If you want to remove the audio content hover over the audio widget and click remove_brand_color.png
    • Read the warning message carefully and click Delete to permanently remove the audio content.

FAQ

Why do I get to see the following error message when trying to add an audio file: "Your account settings do not allow you to add any audio files. Please contact your administrator to enable access.

The file you're trying to add is not marked as public. Please mark it as public first, then try adding it again.
