This dashboard will only appear in your portal if you use the New Homepage powered by Landing Pages. To learn more, reach out to your Customer Success Contact.

The Homepage Dashboard, part of the Advanced Analytics package, provides valuable insights into how users interact with your portal's homepage. By tracking key metrics, you can identify the content that captures users' attention, understand what they value most, monitor homepage interactions, and detect trends over time. This information allows you to make informed decisions to keep your homepage engaging, easy to navigate and aligned with user interests, ensuring it stays fresh, relevant, and effective.

This feature/solution requires your Customer Success Contact to enable, but then individual permissions can be done by the Bynder Admin.

Key Metrics Provided

Total Homepage Views

The total number of times your homepage is viewed gives you a general sense of its popularity.

External Views

If you have an Open Asset Bank enabled, views from people outside your organization (non-logged-in users) show how much outside visitors interact with your homepage.

Internal Views

Views from people inside your organization (logged-in users). This helps you understand how much your team or internal audience uses the homepage.

By Login Status

See how many views come from external visitors versus internal users over time. This helps you track whether your audience is mostly internal, external, or a mix of both.

By Device

Check which devices people use to view your homepage (e.g., desktop, tablet, or mobile). This helps you optimize your homepage for the devices people prefer.

Unique Users Viewing the Homepage

This metric tells how many people visit your homepage during a selected time frame. It helps you understand how many users (not just repeated visits) engage with your homepage.

User Activity

This section shows the number of active users on your homepage. It tracks clicks and other interactions, showing users engage with the content.

By User Group

See which groups (e.g., departments, external partners) most interact with your homepage.

By User Profile

Check how specific roles (e.g., managers and employees) engage with the homepage. This helps you understand how different audiences use your content.
