Bynder understands that customization is valuable to our customers. Customizing your cover image is just one way Bynder empowers users to keep their branding consistent on our platform. This article will guide you through the process of cover image customization.
Who?
Any user with CX For User Community or Landing Pages enabled that has Manager or Creator rights. If you do not have the rights to use these features please contact your Bynder Admin.
Why?
Customizing your portal is an excellent way to have branding cohesion throughout your Bynder experience. Customizing your cover image is just one of the many ways you can customize your and your users Bynder experience.
How?
From The Overview Page:
- Navigate to the Guide or Landing Page -> Overview Page.
- Choose the specific guide or landing page you want, hover, and select the three dots button.
- Select Set Cover.
- Click Select to select an image from your Asset Bank. Then, use filters or search functionality to find the image.
- Choose your image; ensure the image adheres to the recommended dimensions of 512 x 320 and file formats of JPG or PNG.
- Click Add Asset.
- Preview the changes to confirm the image aligns with the overall design.
Note: If you have DAT enabled you can create use it to create a custom cover image on the fly.
From A Guide or Landing Page:
- Navigate to your Guide or Landing Page.
- Select Edit.
- Scroll down to the Cover Image section in the right-hand corner.
- Click Select select to choose an image stored in your Asset Bank. Then, use filters or search functionality to find the image.
- Choose your image; ensure the image adheres to the recommended dimensions of 512 x 320 and file formats of JPG or PNG.
- Click Add Asset.
- Preview the changes to confirm the image aligns with the overall design.
Note: If you have DAT enabled you can create use it to create a custom cover image on the fly.
Removing a Cover Image
- Navigate to your Guide or Landing Page.
- Select Edit.
- Scroll down to the Cover Image section in the right-hand corner.
- Hover over the image and select the trash bin icon.
- Alternatively, You can also delete the cover image within the CX User Community overview by selecting the Remove Cover option.
