Once you've created custom links, you can manage and reference them conveniently in the Custom Links Overview section of your portal. This overview provides all the necessary details about your custom links in one place.
Who can view the custom links overview page?
Custom Link Titles and URLs
- All custom links are displayed by their title and URL in the overview.
- To copy a URL to your clipboard, select the
next to the URL in the Custom Link column.
Destination Column
- The Destination column shows where the custom link will redirect users.
- To preview the destination, click on the URL. It will open in a new browser tab.
Start and End Dates
- If a start and end date have been set for a custom link, these dates will be displayed in their respective columns
Controlling Access to Custom Links
Password Protection

indicates that the custom link does not have a password set up.
- Edit the link to add a password if needed.

shows that the custom link is secured.
- You can edit the link to disable or modify the password.
View Total and Unique Clicks
- In this column, you can find the total and unique clicks the custom link clicks on.
Analyzing Custom Link Performance
- The Clicks column provides data on both total and unique clicks for each custom link.
Viewing and Downloading QR Codes
- To view the QR code for a custom link, select
- Select Download to download the QR code image for external use. This allows users to access the custom link by scanning the QR code with their device.
