Write Bynder Metadata to Specific Metadata Fields

If your portal is configured to update the existing file metadata, the default metadata such as title, description, copyright, modification date, creation date, publication date, and tags will be written to the default file metadata tags unless otherwise configured.

Below is a list of the default tags that Bynder uses.

For example, your Bynder asset Title will be written to the default XMP:Title metadata tag.

Modification Date (the date the asset was last modified in Bynder)

Creation Date (the date the asset was created, which can be the date the photo or video was taken or when the file was saved in editing software)

XMP:CreateDate

Publication date (pre-filled on upload with the date the asset file was created, for example when the photo or video was taken but overridable to customer needs)
