Enhance content navigation in your CX User Community by customizing the overview page to display Guides, Landing Pages, and Groups (if applicable) in a grid or list view. This will make it easy to search for and locate the content you need.
You can create and share direct links to specific content within the CX User Community, such as Guides and Landing Pages. These tailored links streamline navigation by directing users to relevant sections.
Grid View
Click in the top right corner of the Guides overview page to switch to Grid View.
List View
Click in the top right corner of the Guides overview page to switch to List View.
Change Order
To filter guides by name, date created, or date updated, click the "Order by" dropdown and select your preferred option.
(Optional) You can choose to display the guides in either ascending or descending order:

to display guides in ascending order.

to display guides in descending order.
Tips & Shortcuts
- Use Shift + Left Arrow and Shift + Right Arrow to switch between pages quickly.
- Bookmark commonly used Guides or Landing Pages for faster access.
