Once you've created a Landing Page or Guide, you can add media widgets, such as images, videos, audio, or Collections from your DAM or device, to create a more engaging user experience.

How to Add an Image
Tip: Use animated GIFs to create a dynamic experience.
- Click Upload to upload an image from your device. You can also click Select to add images from your DAM.
- You can add an image from your device or Bynder DAM.
- If you add an image from the DAM, open the dropdown at the bottom of the screen.
- Select whether you want to add the original or one of the derivatives or, if available, the DAT preset you want to apply to the selected image.
Note
The asset must be marked as public for the original to be available. - Click Add Asset to add the DAM asset to your landing page.
- (Optional) In the Action dropdown, configure what should happen when users click the image.
- Open preview: Select this option if you want a preview of the image to open when users click it.
- No action: Select this option if you don't want anything to happen when users click the image.
- Add link. Select this option if you want a URL to open when users click the image.
- Enter the URL in the Type URL field and decide whether to open the URL in a new tab by ticking or unticking the Open in a new tab option. The changes will be saved automatically.
How to Add Video
Note: The video asset needs to be marked as public to be added.
- Select to add a video.
- Once you’ve selected the video, click Add Asset.
- Under the Widget tab, you can customize whether to show the control, autoplay, or loop the video for your users.
- Note: Autoplay videos are automatically muted.
Note
You can also embed videos that do not live in your portal from YouTube or Vimeo using the embed widget.
How to Add Audio
Note: The audio asset needs to be marked as public to be added.
- Click thebutton.
- Once you’ve selected the audio file, click Add Asset.

FAQ
Why do I see the following error message when trying to add an audio file: "Your account settings do not allow you to add any audio files. Please contact your administrator to enable access."
The file you're trying to add is not marked as public. Please mark it as public first, then try adding it again.
What happens when a user clicks on a Collection that is included in a Guide or Landing Page?
When a Guide or Landing Page includes a shared Collection, you can easily browse and download its assets, provided the permissions allow it.
