After creating your personal filters, you can share them with your team. This saves time by directing them to specific assets, removing the need for manual searches.
Note
You can only share your own filters and not the filters other users created.
Who can create, manage and share personal asset bank filters
Users with the following right can save and delete their filters:
How to Share Your Personal Filters with Other Bynder Users
- Navigate to your Asset Bank.
- Select one or more filters and click Save filter.
- Enter the name of the filter.
- Type in the name of the user, user groups, or permission profile you would like to share the filter with. These users will receive an email with the link that will load the filter set. They can then save the set as their own filter selection.
