As an administrator, you can upload your InDesign templates for other users. On upload, you can define the setting so that you can manage who can view and use them.
Before you begin
Prepare your file for upload. See Prepare your files for DIY template upload.
- Log in as an administrator.
- Go to Yoursitename/upload/templates.
- Upload a zipped InDesign package.
Depending on the size of the package, the upload might take a moment. If the upload takes too long, verify the file and try again.
- When the upload completes, you are directed to the Configure template page. If necessary, update the template name and link the assets to collections.
- Save the template.
You can find the template in the template overview. Go to Settings > Workflow > Template Management to display the overview.
You can now link the template to an existing workflow, or create a new one.
