If users want to download the original files, they can send a request for download. Users with sufficient rights can handle these requests. A pending download request can be approved in two ways, namely in the notification menu or inside the waiting room.
Notifications can be found in the top corner of the screen. In case of unread notifications, you will see a counter indicating the number of unread notifications, as can be seen in the image below.
To handle the request click on 'Audit', which will redirect you to the waiting room. Select the media you want to audit and approve or deny by clicking on the corresponding buttons in the right corner.
The second option is going to the waiting room directly. To do this click on 'Settings' and then click on 'Waiting room'. In the waiting room you will see an overview of requests. First click on 'Pending requests' if this has not been selected yet. By default Bynder will show you the pending upload requests. Therefore, click on 'Download' inside the 'Show' filter. Now the pending download requests will be shown to you. Select the asset you want to audit and approve or deny by clicking on the corresponding buttons in the right corner.
