A watermark is an image that is placed upon an asset, so that the original file is not completely visible anymore. This will ensure that downloads have to be approved by admin users before light users can download those assets. In this way watermarks prevent unauthorized users from easily downloading or copying assets. Light users can request a download, which a user with sufficient rights needs to approve. After getting approval, the light users can download the original files without watermark. In this way assets are downloaded in a controlled and safe way.
