Yes, the geo location (GPS) is picked up from the EXIF metadata from the assets. Bynder also offers Geo Tagging, so pictures can be viewed plotted on a map. This can also be added manually at a later stage.

Click on the image you want to add the Geo Tagging. On the right of the screen, go to Advanced and click on "Add to map". Copy and paste the GPS coordinates of the place and click inside the map (displayed below). Do not forget to click the "save" button on the bottom.
