The CX for User Community Advanced Analytics Dashboard provides in-depth insights into content performance, audience engagement, and distribution. It categorizes content into Guides and Landing Pages for detailed analysis, enabling content creators to track user views, identify high-performing or underperforming content, and gain a deeper understanding of their audience. The dashboard also tracks external traffic and offers device-specific data to optimize content. The dashboard helps refine content strategies, improve audience retention, and encourage content creation by answering key questions about who engages with content and how it is accessed.

You can view relevant metrics in the Homepage Dashboard if you have built your Homepages using Landing Pages.

This feature/solution requires your Customer Success Contact to enable, but then individual permissions can be done by the Bynder Admin.
