Brand Guidelines Dashboard in Advanced Analytics

The Brand Guidelines Dashboard in Advanced Analytics provides insight into the usage and engagement of Brand Guidelines within your portal. The information should empower administrators to monitor and optimize the usage of Brand Guidelines effectively. By leveraging the insights provided in this dashboard, you can enhance user engagement, ensure compliance with brand standards, and make informed decisions to improve the overall use of the Brand Guideline module.

This section is accessible only if Brand Guidelines are activated for your portal.

Total Guides

Displays the total number of guides available in your Brand Guidelines module.

Page Views

Shows the total number of page views recorded for all guides within the selected time frame.

Page Views Over Time

Graphical representation of page views trends over a specified period.

Guides

This section lists all the guides available in your Brand Guidelines module. 

Note that time frame filters do not affect the total number of guides displayed.

Page Views

The page views dashboard allows you to delve deeper into specific guides, profiles, and user groups. Identify popular guides and pages to understand which sections of your Brand Guidelines are most frequently accessed.

Page Views By Guide

Provides insights into individual guides, including Guide ID, Guide Name, and the corresponding number of Page Views within the selected time frame.

Page Views By Profile

Displays page views categorized by permission profile. You can filter the data by Profile, Guide, or Page name to analyze usage patterns among different user roles.Screenshot 2023-11-30 at 3.24.01 PM.png

Page Views By User Group

Filter

In addition to filtering by time and applying date granularity you can utilize the filtering options available in each dashboard to tailor your analysis based on specific criteria. You can filter by:

  • Guide
  • Profile
  • User Group
