Create AI translated Variations in Studio

This feature enables you to automatically create translated variations of an existing Studio design. Users can save significant time and costs by leveraging AI-generated translations, streamlining the localization process, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all markets.

This feature/solution requires your Customer Success Contact to enable, but then individual permissions can be done by the Bynder Admin.

How to Create Variations Using AI-Generated Translations

1. Navigate to Studio
2. Select a template for which you would like to create a translated variation. 
3. In the upper right-hand corner, navigate and select the Variations tab.
4. Select next to an existing variation. 
5. Select Translate.
6. A dialogue box will appear, prompting you to select the language.
   • You can select a maximum of 10 languages at a time.
7. Once you have selected the language(s), you will see all of the translated variations in the right-hand corner for each language.
8. You can select the Image tab to make changes to the translated variation(s).
9. Here, you can change the text styling if necessary.

Best Practices 

• Ensure Accuracy: Review translations for context accuracy, as AI-generated translations might need minor adjustments.
• Consistent Styles: Check that text styles in the translated variations are correctly applied. Ensure you have the proper text styles imported to support specific languages. Contact Customer Support to upload new custom fonts into your Studio account.
• Bounding Box Limits: Be mindful of text overflow in bounding boxes, which can invalidate the variation. Learn more here.

This feature is available to all users on the Advanced Studio plan; you can not customize who it is available for.
