Contact Bynder Support from within your Bynder portal
If your portal has the General Support form enabled, you can select the Admins option and send a message to our Support team directly.
- Please provide as much information as possible to resolve your request efficiently.

- Navigate to support.bynder.com
- Click here or select Sign In, which is located in the top right corner.
- Enter your account email.
- Not sure what email address you used. Click here.
- Type in your password
- Forgot your password? Click here.
- Once you have successfully logged in, click New Request.
- Please provide as much information as possible to resolve your request efficiently.
- Click Submit.
- Once submitted, you should receive an email confirmation.
- Communicate with Support directly through email or navigate to My Requests and view the chat history there.
- View the status of your requests under My Requests.
- (optional) If available, you can view organization requests, which are requests made by other members of your organization. To enable this, please get in touch with Bynder support.

Browser: Include your browser and browser version.
What? What is the specific behavior you are experiencing within your portal?
Who? Who is affected by the problem
When? When was this behavior first reported
Where? Please provide a direct link, relevant screenshot, error message, or video that shows the issue you're experiencing and a HAR file that captures the issue. Indicate which module you are experiencing issues in.
