You can enable the External Uploader feature if you collaborate with external partners who need to upload materials to your portal but do not have access to Bynder. This feature will display the external uploader on your portal's login page. This feature allows you to collect assets from external vendors like photographers or agencies directly into the Bynder DAM without needing a separate file-sharing service.
Once assets are received, they will be sent to the Waiting Room. The admin can approve or deny assets and begin tagging them with suitable metaproperty options, tags, and other information.
If you want to restrict visibility to the External Uploader, you can create a Whitelist and custom terms and conditions.
This feature/solution requires your Customer Success Contact to enable, but then individual permissions can be done by the Bynder Admin.
