Rename and Delete Collections

To rename a collection, you need to be the collection owner or have the Manage Collection rights enabled for that collection.

1. Navigate to the Collections tab.
2. Select the Collection you would like to rename. If it is one that you created, it will appear in My Collections.
3. In the top-right-hand corner, select > Edit.
   
4. A pop window will appear where you can edit the Collection Name.
   
   
5. Click Save.

Delete A Collection

You can delete your Collection, or if the Collection owner transferred ownership to you or gave you permission to manage the Collection, you can delete their Collection. 

When you delete a Collection, the assets inside the Collection will not be deleted.

1. Navigate to your PPortal Collections
2. Select Collections.
3. Click My Collections if it is a Collection you created. If it is a Collection another user shared with you, click Collections shared.
4. Select the Collection; you can select more than one Collection to delete.
   
5. Click
6. Read the note, as this action cannot be undone.
   
7. Click Delete collection.
