There are three types of notifications available in your portal: in-app notifications, Email, and SNS. You will get an email when action is needed in your Bynder portal. Users only get emails for certain notifications to minimize unnecessary emails.
At the moment, there is no option to choose which email notifications to receive or opt out of.
Users can access the relevant section in their portal by clicking on the link in the email. To view the section, users must be logged into their portal.
