Understanding Bynder's Analytics Packages

Summary

Bynder offers multiple levels of analytics—Light, Standard, Advanced, and Analytics for BI Access. Each level is designed to provide deeper insights into your portal's performance, from basic usage tracking to advanced ROI optimization and external BI integration. 

Users can analyze the established taxonomy to identify necessary changes, understand user behavior and group usage patterns, and determine content creation needs based on what is performing well and what isn't being utilized. When upgrading your analytics package users will automatically gain updated data, including retroactive data to match the upgraded package selected.

This feature/solution requires your Customer Success Contact to enable, but then individual permissions can be done by the Bynder Admin.

Once Analytics (either Standard or Advanced) are enabled users will need specific permissions for each dashboard. Make sure to view the corresponding Knowledge Base article to see the permissions needed for each dashboard.
