Light Analytics

Bynder’s Light Analytics is available to all our clients and includes Account information, Usage, and Brand Guidelines (if applicable) dashboards. You will only see the dashboards and reports for those modules that are included in your subscription. The Standard and Advanced Analytics come with additional dashboards and more detailed insights.

Account information

This dashboard gives you a quick overview of your account usage, including the total number of assets, asset types, storage per asset type, and the total number of users, transfers, workflow jobs, and more.

Total Storage Used

This includes the total amount of storage (in gigabytes) used in the portal. This number includes assets in the Asset Bank (including derivatives), as well as the storage used for Creative Workflow (including asset previews) and Bynder Express transfers, if applicable. Expired and revoked Bynder Express transfers are not included in the calculation.

Assets by Type

This chart includes a breakdown of the asset types stored in the Asset Bank. The asset type is automatically captured by Bynder upon upload and is categorized into audio, document, image, and video assets.

The percentage breakdown of the asset types displays beside the chart in a legend, and you can hover your mouse over each slice of the chart to see the total number of assets per type.

Storage Used by Type

This chart includes a percentage breakdown of the storage used per asset type in the Asset Bank. The percentage breakdown of the store by asset type displays beside the chart in the legend, and you can hover your mouse over each slice of the chart to see the total storage amount for each asset type that has been uploaded to the portal.

Assets

This includes the total number of assets that have been uploaded to the Asset Bank.

Storage used by Asset Bank

This includes the total amount of storage (in gigabytes) used in the Asset Bank. This number includes assets in the Asset Bank (including derivatives) only, and does not include storage in Creative Workflow or Bynder Express.

Users

This includes the total number of active users in the portal.

Transfers

This includes the total number of transfers made via Bynder Express.

Storage Used by Transfers

This includes the storage (in gigabytes) used for Bynder Express transfers. Expired and revoked transfers are not included in the calculation.

Workflow Jobs

This displays for customers with Creative Workflow and includes the total number of non-removed Creative Workflow jobs.

Storage used by Workflow

This displays for customers with Creative Workflow and includes the storage (in gigabytes) used in Creative Workflow. 

Usage

This dashboard gives you more insight into the usage of the Asset Bank, including asset views, downloads, uploads, deletions, and more.

Time Frame Filters

In this dashboard, you can update the Time Frame or view the data in a graph for a specific month using the time frame filters. For example, you might want to check the asset view and downloads on the day of a new campaign launch or for a particular month/year. 

• To adjust the time frame for the dashboard, click the box in the Time Frame section and edit the dropdowns. Then, click in the top right-hand corner to update the dashboard to the new time frame.
  
• To view the data for a specific month, hover your mouse over the line on the graph.
  

Views vs Downloads

This graph displays the number of asset views and downloaded files within the selected time frame.

The total number of Asset Views and Asset Downloads for the time frame above the graph.

Uploads vs. Deletions

This graph displays the number of uploaded and deleted files within the selected time frame.

The total Asset Uploads and Asset Deletions for the time frame appears above the graph.

Archives vs Shares

This graph displays the number of files that were archived and shared within the selected time frame.

The total number of Asset Archives and Asset Shares for the time frame appears above the graph.

Users Created vs User Logins

This graph displays the total number of created users and logins within the selected time frame.

The total number of User Creations and User Logins for the time frame appears above the graph.

Styleguide Shares vs Views

This graph displays data for customers with the Brand Guidelines 1.0 module, and includes the page shares and page views in Brand Guidelines 1.0 within the selected time frame.

The total number of Styleguide Views and Styleguide Shares for the time frame appears above the graph.

Searches

This graph displays the searches within the selected time frame.

The total number of Searches for the time frame appears above the graph.

Workflow Jobs Created vs Completed

This graph displays data for customers with Creative Workflow and includes the jobs created and completed in Creative Workflow within the selected time frame.

The total number of Workflow Jobs Created and Workflow Jobs Completed for the time frame appear above the graph. In addition, the total number of Workflow Jobs Overdue for the time frame also appears above the graph.

Brand Guidelines

This dashboard gives you insight into the Brand Guidelines (2.0) module, including the number of guides and page views.

Guides

This includes the total number of guides that have been created.

Page Views

This includes the total number of page views in the guides.

Page Views over Time

This graph includes the number of page views within a time frame.
