The reverse image search allows you to search by an image to find if an exact or similar image exists within your Bynder portal. You can either search by an image stored on your computer or paste an external image URL. This can be helpful to check if a stock image (or a similar one) already exists within the portal or to find assets with a similar look and feel.
How to enable the Reverse Image Search
Please contact your Customer Success Manager to learn more about enabling this feature and any associated costs.
Search by images
- Navigate to the Asset Bank.
- Click
in the top right corner.
3. Select an image stored on your computer or paste an external image URL.

- You can copy a link to an image by right-clicking the image on a website and selecting Copy Image Address.
- The most similar assets will be displayed. To remove the similarity search, click Clear Filters or the x next to Filtering on Visual similarity.
- You can copy a link to an image by right-clicking the image on a website and selecting Copy Image Address.
Helpful information:
- You can search by JPG, PNG, or WebP images.
- Images used in your search will not be uploaded to your Bynder DAM.
