Once templates are created by design editors and admins they can share them with Content Creators. This allows Content Creators to create videos or images based off of these templates to create campaigns or training videos, adapt them to multiple sizes and versions, and scale them for different use cases.

Navigate to Studio.

Either go to Settings > Resources > Templates

or Click + New Design > Select Templates in left sidebar

Hover over the template or template category you would like to share and click

Select Share

Search for the users, group, or permission profile that you want to share the template or template category with and select them from the dropdown.

By default, they will be added as a Contributor.

(Optional) For template category only: You can select All Users, meaning All Bynder Studio users can access this project or design. By default they will be Contributors.

Click Save changes to share your template or template category.

The user(s) can now access the template or template category. They will not receive a notification in Studio; however, you can use the copy link button to create a link and share that in your preferred messaging or email solution. The project/ design will appear in their Templates folder.
You can transfer ownership of a template or template category. This will transfer the ownership to this user. This action can't be undone
Caution
After transferring the ownership, you can no longer access and modify the template or template category unless it's shared with you by the new owner.

You can only transfer ownership when you're the owner of the template or template category.

Portal administrators, with permission, can transfer ownership to other users for all templates or template categories.
